Mocha Muffin

With my amateur photo taking skill, I tried to keep the best image of this mocha muffin before it went into my stomach. What a cute muffin with pre-christmas delight. It looks more or less the same as in the recipe. Perhaps there was something wrong with the ingredients, maybe too much sugar, which made me cannot stop complimenting on it. Its best partner is a cup of coffee and I got it an orange flavoured one.

It must be fantastic to see those muffins growing up in the oven. You enjoys cookery, I enjoy the food. Mum said I'm not very particular about food, but still I can taste what is my preference. Though the warmth of this muffin came from the microwave, it brought back the smell to live. I savoured this muffin with relish.

Well, if you are going to force me to give an advice on future improvement, I would like to say that I love walnut.
