The place I like

Hot and humid, Singlish, strict rules, no entertainment...maybe that's all what most of the people describe Singapore with. Rich said Singapore is a Disneyland, everywhere is clean. I said Singapore is a game of SimCity, everything is well planned by a single player. I know many people don't like this city and think it is boring but to me, if I view it from a Japan perspective, it's good enough to be my next destination.

Food
I love the food here, though I’m not a good eater and I really can't tell the difference of Malaysian food, Indonesian food, Singaporean food...too many to choose too little time, and too small stomach. My dear Hainanese chicken rice, chili crab, roti prata...and some I cannot tell their names.

Ritz Carlton
Laying on the king-size bed watching Travel Living on Discovery every night. Go swimming in the morning and then have a great breakfast buffet. Having a bathroom which probably as big as half of my home, soaking myself in hot water and looking at the night scene through the big window next to the tub. Oh no, is that what we called 5-star enjoyment?

Place
I love Clark Quay and I went there every night, for dinner or for drinks. I like sitting at the riverside, sipping a sex on the beach and looking at the light in the river. Tourists were flowing in and out. Windless night and you could smell the humidity in the air. No doubt Singapore is really a small city. I could walk from Clarke Quay, to Fullerton, say goodnight to Merlion and then back to the hotel. All along the Singapore River, so peaceful so quiet.

Dress
Maybe I'm dark in color and I dressed exactly like a Singaporean guy, that explains why there were two Indians approached me and asked me about the places. I like the casual dressing here, tank top, shorts and flip-flops, a beach boy style. Ritz gave me a attire notice but who cares, it's hot outside.

Friends
My dear friends we met at the time which is the moment we will never forget. You guys are having a good memory as you still remember everything happened at that time. Mag and Shiwei you girls get married so young, I don't know why there's still no girl picking up our good quality Chin Hon. TT was my great tour guide.

I know these are all the factors which make me love Singapore.

***
I've gone crazy. Everywhere I went I remembered you. I remember you had been to there years before and I tried to recall where you had visited. Did you enjoy your trip? Had you seen what I've seen? Have I been to where you had taken pictures? At every corner, I could see the shadow you left behind, and I always wrongly recognized someone as you. You were always on my mind.

Maybe I didn't love you quite as often as I could have,
Maybe I didn't treat you quite as good as I should have,
If I made you feel second-best, Girl, I'm sorry I was blind.
You were always on my mind; you were always on my mind.

And maybe I didn't hold you, all those lonely, lonely times,
I guess I've never told you I'm so happy that you're mine.
Little things I should have said and done, I just never took the time.
You were always on my mind; you were always on my mind.
Tell me, tell me that your sweet love hasn't died.
Give me, give me one more chance to keep you satisfied.I'll keep you satisfied.
One more chance to keep you satisfied, I'll keep you satisfied;
Little things I should have said and done, I just never took the time.
You were always on my mind.
