Power Outage

8:08am
Arrived at Otemachi station. Heard the announcement of power outage and suspension of metro service.

8:15am
Walked to Nihonbashi, sweating on the way. Traffic light was out, office buildings were dark.

8:20am
Decided to climb up to 14/F as I expected there should be backup supply in the office. Climbing with the hope of air-con.

8:30am
Arrived at the corridor. Still in dark.
No computer, no phone, no cell phone, no light, no air-con.

8:50am
Power resumed. The outage lasted for an hour.

I was all wet. So tired and just desperately wanted a shower.
