Rich introduced me a book called 'How to deal with annoying people'. He exactly knows what I want, haha. In the book it said that there are four major types of characteristics: Analytical, Driver, Amiable and Expressive. Rich was reading me the description of a Driver and I know I definitely am a Driver. Somehow I know being a driver, I'm actually the most annoying person. It is so hard to deal with a driver.
To deal with a driver, you have to:
1) work fast as they cannot tolerate delay or slow in action
2) Get things under his control
3) Get straight to the point, he is impatient to listen
4) Think faster, he is, again, impatient
Generally people want to be amiable. But seems like amiable people can only be my boss and they can train up my patience, teach me how to slow down.
