Although it was said to be too mushy, I just coincidentally learnt it from ER. Dr Kovac said this to Dr. Carter when he was leaving for Africa. Everyday we meet many strangers, on the train, in the restuarants, even in office. We may never care if we are going to meet the same strangers in our life. We never have the real feeling of hoping to see you again when we say see you again to someone casual.
But for friends. I love my friends but once I gave them up selfishly when I decided to come here. I asked what did they feel at the time. One said though she knew we would meet again, the feeling was never a good one. Goodbye is a every day saying but no one guarantees if we can see each other anymore. So grab the chance, every moment when you can see someone you want to see. There's always tomorrow, but there may not be a second chance always.
I, came up with the thought of running away again. I never want to convince myself that my initial decision was reckless but this time, I really want to go.
Rather than going why not coming back? That's the question. Leaving is for coming back but so bad am I as it is never a thought up to this moment. Don't ask as I also have no idea of why.
Just registered with consultants with three countries, far far away. Will I be able to make a happier life there?
I wish my friend can find his way there, just as God always look after me these years in this foreign country.
