Raphael

Raphael, is the angel sent to Tobias to be his companion, when he was sent by his father Tobit, on a trip to Rhages to retrieve their treasure. Raphael was sent to bring remedy to Tobit and Sarah. He brought Tobias and Sarah together, he brought light back to the blind Tobit.

Tobit said,
"A good angel will go with him; he will have a good journey and come back to us well and happy."

As Tobias said on his marriage,
"You it was who said it is not right that man should be alone; let us make him a helper like him. And so I take my sister not from any lustful motive, but I do it in singleness of heart. Be kind enough to have pity on her and on me and bring us to old age together."

Raphael is an angel of healing; he is a companion on travel.

"I shall complete the journey with him. Do not be afraid. On the journey outward all will be well; on the journey back all will be well; the road is safe."

"I am Raphael, one of the seven angels who stand ever ready to enter the presence of the glory of the Lord."
