Time for "delikatesse"~!Hainanese chicken rice!
I remember the place Theng Tiang bought me to when she heard I paid $20SGD for a plate of chicken rice. At the hawkers' market, it costed me $2SGD only, plus priceless friend's chat and loads of laughters. She was right, it tasted much better than the one which I paid ten times the price, coz I ate that alone.
Tonight I made this set at home. It technically tasted good even I slightly modified the rice to a risotto style. But it didn't taste the same as that I had in Singapore.
What else was different? I bet you can tell.
