Same message to modern ever busy people.

Adam Sandler right acted out a normal busy life like ours. He's fast-forwarding everything that 'seems' to be unimportant when comparing to work. He couldn't wait to get attain his career ambition so he chose to skip or miss many things: morning shower, dinner with family, argument with wife, even sex.

Comparing to work, these may be nothing at all to many people. But these very tiny little pieces, are making up our whole life. Shower is good, dinner is good, sex is good, even argument, it's the salt of life. If they are missed, what else we are left with?

Time flies just like one click, and life does so.

Same old saying: live to work, or work to live.
