Found the main shop of the cafe I visited in Karuizawa, it is right across the bridge from my office. So I tried its mocha ice-cream after lunch.
It's thick and creamy, mild and without the bitterness of mocha. It's mouthwatering.
But somehow I found it tasted a bit different. But what makes the difference? Maybe the evironment, maybe time, maybe people around me; maybe my memory, maybe my tongue was playing trick.
Human isn't good at remembering any sense but smell. I tried to smell this cone before I ate it, but all I could smell was cigarette.
