Ciabatta
Lately I am quite into this kind of bread no matter for lunch or tea. It looks like a piece of insipid stone in yellow but in fact, it tastes cheesy and soft inside. Ah, I remember that in some cafes it is sliced half and sandwiched with L & T. Maybe it is not the same one because the crust of that sandwich is not as crispy as this. Anyway.
A plentiful amount is loaded on the tray like a mountain inside the bakery shop but I did not know its name. Manna, I called it. It really looks like food from Heaven.
Until today I look at its nametag, it is called Ciabatta, a kind of Italian bakery.
Good refreshment in a sluggish afternoon.
