Dim Sum

Lived a retired life today. First I went swimming in the morning and then met up with a friend for lunch. We went for cantonese dim sum.

I dare not try any similar type of this cuisine recklessly because there's no respect of authenticity in this town. People make things up out of their creative imagination.

But this one is impressive. From its 41/F view from Sio City Tower to its all rounded service like a 5-star hotel. Oh, I oversaw my office right in front of me. Not bothered to take a second look. Mate, it's holiday~

Let's expect to have something good to eat...That was astonishing, they tasted real good. That's a fusion taste of old time favourites plus Japanese elegant services. I read the menu, it said the chef is from HK. That's why.

I like the way for serving dim sum per head and customers can order anything from the preset menu. We had two persons so everything came in two only. So there was no unfair situation of 2:1 sharing and we could try so many varieties until my stomach blasted.

The hardship of today's swimming training was gone.

it was like 3000 yen, more or less the price to have the same thing in hotels in HK?
