Fusion udon

Who say bachelors can only cook pasta with butter and salt? Here is what I've done: Japanese udon with meat sauce.

So long as I can, I'd prefer home made sauce and nothing fancy is required, just minced meat and cherry tomato, that's all. Just do some random seasoning before pan frying the meat and it will ensure you with restaurant style.



After a warm night in the heater, the narcissus blooms fully today. Amazing.
