Before I wasn't sure where to get myself some new equipment for swimming but I was so lucky to find an expert shop right next to the snack place. Finally I stocked up my trunks again, sigh. This one I think it's a special design in Japan, which a chinese character of 'speed' there. It's great. Another one I bought is a old-fashioned american lifeguard style. After all I got a mirror goggle too. All are so cheap and I was stupid to shop in Shinjuku before.
But then I didn't swim well today, which taught me two things:
1. Never drink the day before you swim, as it exhausts you over days.
2. Never expect to gain speed with new equipment, as I was with a new full set of cap, goggle and trunks.
That's why coaches would say you can only do your best with what're your long best friends.
