Blind dating

Well, not really mean it but interested in knowing what people are doing out there, or just try out my luck. Who knows what's going to happen?

Recap of the event:

1) I was the only male Asian participant.

2) Generally I was recognized as:
1st try: ABA; 2nd try: Singaporean
1st try: 20 yr-old; 2nd try: 23 yr-old - too young for over half of those female participants.

3) English proficiency of female participants was better than I expect, though one or two requested for speaking in Japanese.

4) Obviously i-bank people are more welcome. I heard of the name LB for more than twice.

5) A girl's face turned green when she heard that I am working in her friend's company.

6) Out of expectation two could speak mandarin and one o them even could speak cantonese.

7) 2 girls were over excited when I said I am going to see Marie Antoinette.

8) Except for 2 or 3 westerners and me, all other male partcipants are either bald or carrying their big stomach, or both.

9) 2 female participants immediately joined one of the male westerners for further events that night. That guy bragged about himself to everyone.

10) I thought of you right after the event. What were you doing?

Finally I got 4 matches. Out of 5 I chose the hit rate is 80%!! That's encouraging, isn't it? Somehow somebody is still interested in me!

Out of courtesy I should have chosen all of them to see the exact number of girls who picked me up. However, I didn't want to create unnecessary trouble and I really don't want to get in touch with those who are apperantly in their mid 30s. I've never thought of dating a professor right after being said I look like a student!
