10 years. Time is really ticking and taking away something from me. Anyway, can't imagine I could made it 10 years ago.
5 x 100m warm up.
30 x 50m non-stop.
7 x 100m kicking.
2 x 100m cool down.
=2 hrs training.
I remember I hate swimming after such course again and again.
But now, I want to do it again.
When I reach the limit which I think I can't go further, it feels like I'm hitting the limit of my gear. But there's one moment I can feel my body breaks this limit, like pushing to the second gear. I like the moment of explosion, I enjoy that feeling, like a sudden power of mutation. I love to burn my energy. Of coz I also love to build a swimmer body shape...
I need something to burn my tail.
It feels so great to breathe in the cool air outside after swimming, with a bottle of pocari water.
P.S.
The swimming pool in Sentagaya is good. Big and olympics type. Swimmers are of different levels from the pool close to my home. No girls are running around in the men's room.But, people in the locker room are kind of weird...just weird...
