Paella is a Spanish dish of rice, chicken, fish and vegetables, cooked and served in a large shallow pan. At sunset, I'd like to share a paella with someone coming from the shadow.

Oxfam Trailwalker 2007
Dear my friends,
Three colleagues and I will be participating in the Oxfam Trailwalker Japan 2007 from Friday 18th – Sunday 20th July. Oxfam Trailwalker is a team endurance event where teams of four must complete a 100km course from Odawara (1 hour West of Tokyo) to Lake Yamanaka at the foot of Mt. Fuji. Our team, HONG KONG FOOT (Team No. 78), will have to complete this challenge within 48 hours.
The aim of the event is to raise funds to help Oxfam, an independent, secular, non-government organisation working in over 70 countries. Oxfam believes that in a world rich in resources, poverty isn’t a fact of life but an injustice which must be overcome. Oxfam Japan’s vision is of a fair world where everyone is safe, secure, educated, healthy, heard and equal.
Oxfam Trailwalker Japan is arguably the most challenging trail in the world. We are walking the 100km to fight poverty. Can you help by sponsoring us?
I am putting a great deal of effort into training to raise funds for a great cause and would appreciate your generous support.
For every dollar you donate our company, Merrill Lynch Japan Securities, is going to match with the same amount. To donate and help our team, please kindly visit the following link:

About Oxfam Trailwalker Japan
The first Oxfam Trailwalker Japan will take place amidst the beautiful Scenery of Mt. Fuji - the jewel at the heart of Japan. Oxfam Trailwalker, which started in Hong Kong 25 years ago, is the world's greatest team challenge to help people in poverty. So far, 86,000 people have participated worldwide, and 5.6 billion yen has been raised. The challenge is to complete 100kms of a demanding trail across the mountains of southern Japan in 48 hours as a team of four. Teams must start together, stick together and finish together. And it's not just physically demanding. Oxfam TRAILWALKER is also a fundraising challenge. Teams commit to raising at least 120,000 JPY (US$1000) to help some of the world's poorest people.
