3-week schedule of 3 gym 4 pool comes to an end.
I made it this summer.
It is a personal record of my athletic training, with great deal of endurance and perseverance. Or to what extent I can be lazy and slip away from work early back home or to gym.
Only taking the chance of summer break of bible class I could have an extra night free for swimming. If not being interrupted by work schedule, I could have hit the record by continuous four weeks rather than three.
Although this training ended up with a sort of unpleasant memory, I do feel very happy and I am now very into the regularity of self-motivated athletic training.
Although it looks a very amateur schedule comparing to professional, it's real harsh to keep myself concentrated on the treadmill. Even music or TV don't help. Frankly I prefer swimming to gym as I find concentration in the water is far easier.
Keep it up!!
