Thanks to my wife, I mean, my microwave oven, who has a built-in human brain to compute how to cook these chicken wings once I put them in.
Yuzu pepper chicken wings.
Before that as I can remember I've never cooked chicken wings at home, too complicated for home dinner. But now, easy job.
You may say what so difficult to grill things in an oven? Even a brainless ugly stepsister can do! No no, the wisdom of approximate seasoning with any measurement, you know.

actually it's easy to make chicken wings with a real oven, too.
so does the yuzu pepper come in a pack or do you actually mix/make it yourself?
With a real one I think I can make a turkey for christmas!
