Tonight I made a steak dinner.
Also, I took out the wine glass which has not been used for long.
You don't need any sauce but just do a simple seasoning with olive oil, dried parsley, black pepper and garlic paste. Fry both sides with medium heat for one minute and turn it twice.The steak will become crispy outside and tender inside with Japanese beef. Also it's juicy. The remaining fat on the pan can be used to fry the cherry tomatoes.
Of course, a glass of sparkling red wine made this dinner perfect.
Oh, it's weird that the supermarket is selling steak in kind of heart shape, 2 pieces per pack. How good it would be if I cooked it for 2 persons.
